The 2015 Japan Film Festival of San Francisco will start on Friday, August 7th and runs until Sunday, August 16th for 10 days this year. In addition to our home theater, NEW PEOPLE Cinema located in Japantown, we welcome San Francisco’s very own Castro Theatre as the new opening night venue!
The special premiere night event presented by J-POP SUMMIT 2015 will take place at the celebrated Castro Theatre of San Francisco, where the red carpet with special appearances by directors and actors, premiere screenings of the newest live-action and anime films, autograph and photo sessions will be held.
