J-POP SUMMIT 2015 is hosting a series of “SHARE” Talks this year – and the first to be announced is a food panel discussion titled “AMERICAN ENTREPRENEURS ON SAKE, MATCHA & SUSHI” presented by SAKE SUMMIT.
We invite guest speakers representing Bay Area’s bustling food scene; Timothy Archuleta (ICHI SUSHI), Jake Myrick (Sequoia Sake), and Eric Gower (Breakaway Matcha).
The topic covers their shared experience working with Japanese foods here in the Bay and serving Bay Area food lovers, what were their hurdles and triumphs along the way, and finally, what does authenticity mean to them?
