J-POP SUMMIT has been supporting and bringing the latest content from Japan since its beginning. This year we will add four new exciting program genres. At our nine-day-long FILM festival, we add San Francisco’s beloved and historic Castro Theatre as our opening night venue. At Fort Mason Center we will hold our popular music and fashion events as well as showcase TRAVEL and INTERACTIVE (tech-innovations) areas where visitors will be showered with information and new insights. At Union Square, San Francisco’s renowned tourist destination, previous year’s sake-tasting events will be bigger and better as this year’s SAKE SUMMIT.

Let SAKE flow. Our successful sake-tasting during the festivals of 2013-2014 will launch this year as the SAKE SUMMIT, a larger-scale and more official event of its own! We are joining forces with major sake brands of Japan and every player in the sake business in the Bay Area from distilleries, manufacturers, and distributors to retailers. This event will help promote Japanese sake culture to a larger audience and entice more Americans to enjoy sake!
