Japanese idol group Babyraids Japan debuted in 2012 with the release of their first single CD, “Babyraids.”
In December 2014, Babyraids Japan celebrated their solo concert bill at Nippon Budokan, one of the most prestigious concert halls in Japan. That show became a major turning point for them and they changed their name to “Babyraids Japan” to ride the momentum.
Since then, Babyraids Japan has also traveled to shows overseas. In September 2016, Babyraids Japan performed at the 17th Japan Expo in Paris, France, which is one of the largest Japan-related conventions in Europe, and was well-received by media and the audience.
They started starring in a Japanese TV program “Asakusa Babe 9,” in April of 2017. It introduces the underground culture of Tokyo’s old Asakusa district, the holy land of Japanese entertainment. All the while their concert tour and events in Japan, “Babyraids Japan Outdoor Three Days Solo Live Show – We love both on a sunny day and on a rainy day” and “Emotional Idrock,” have both been a huge success.
With a mission to break the wall between IDOL and ROCK’n ROLL, Babyraids Japan continues to deliver their fascinating and exciting live performances.
